24th March - Run

First run post 2nd eye operation, but ran with th epatch anyway.

Lorton 10km - 51:14

Negative splits (25:21; 24:53) but majorily helped by the course which was up and down for the first half and much flatter second half. Pleased with run and Chicchi did v.well (48:xx).

4th March - Run

Have done a rest month for February, now back on for the rest of the year.

Did a canal lap (clockwise) with Chicchi.

Had to ease back a few times to wait for her, probs could have gone sub-50, felt great. E(+1).
